Breakthrough Technology

Using biomarkers that are unique to endometriosis, the Dot Endo test is the first non-invasive test for endometriosis and has been clinically proven to detect the disease with >99% sensitivity and specificity.

Dot Endo is available for patients and physicians to order at a small fraction of the cost of the standard for endometriosis diagnosis today - laparoscopic surgery.

It works. Here's how.

The Dot Endo test was discovered and developed by world-leading scientists at the Yale School of Medicine.

The test analyzes biomarkers that allow our scientists to determine when a patient has endometriosis.

Patients receive reports on the quantity of the Dot Endo biomarkers, and patients and physicians may choose to administer the Dot Endo test at regular intervals over time to track changes.

What biomarkers do you analyze?

We analyze miRNAs that function in important biological processes including the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. Circulating miRNAs are small, non-coding RNA molecules that can be helpful in clinical decision-making and are quantifiable in diagnostic laboratories.
